We loved the friendly staff who made us feel comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the pool was perfect for hot weather. The breakfast was delicious, and the location of the hotel was convenient.

We had a great weekend at this hotel. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits and homemade pastries. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable, and providing tips on nearby attractions. the location of the hotel is also a plus, being close to the beach and several restaurants.
Our room was missing a few amenities, such as hangers in the wardrobe and soap amenities, which was inconvenient. the coffee was not of the best quality, and there was no intercom at the gate to communicate with the reception.

The resort/hotel was beautiful and the staff was professional. They provided a warm welcoming and their attention to detail was impressive. Guests were made to feel comfortable throughout their stay. the location was tranquil and peaceful, making it the perfect place to enjoy a break with family. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including good-quality coffee. the breakfast provided was delicious as well as the food served by the friendly chef.
There were a few areas where the hotel could improve on its amenities, such as the lack of luggage racks, hangers, and soap amenities. staff training was suggested to improve the overall service.

The scenery and architecture of the hotel were impressive, and very Instagram-worthy. , the location was ideal as it was situated in the heart of the city, near all the coolest bars and attractions.
The staff was quite slow and unfriendly, which made checking in and out a hassle. the amenities in the room were not up to standard, as the Wi-Fi and heating were unreliable.
